It’s no secret that beef is a big part of the Nigerian diet. We practically use it for most of our cooking in soups, stews, main dishes and so on. One of the ways we enjoy beef is by mincing the beef as i did here and here or cutting it up into chunks and cooking as shown here, here and here or slicing it up as shown here.
