Step 2: Heat the coking oil or butter in an empty non-stick frying pan till its hot. Tilt the pan so the oil would spread all around the pan. Gently pour in the egg mixture and leave to fry for about 1 minute or till the bottom part sets beneath.
Step 3: Flip the fried omelette with a spatula so the other part can cook also. Once there are no more runny parts, Fold the egg into two and transfer onto a serving plate.
