Creamy spaghetti stuffed in sausages is a classic example of what the ultimate comfort food should look like. Step 1: The first step is to cut the sausages into sizable pieces. Then, pass about 6 pasta sticks through each sausage slice – set this aside.
Step 2: Bring some water to its boiling point and add the spaghetti threaded sausages. Leave this to cook till it’s soft to the bit but not fully cooked. Drain and set aside.
Step 3: In an empty pan, melt the butter and add the rosemary. Leave for about 30 seconds, then add the cooking cream and stock. Add salt to taste, black pepper and the ground cheese. Leave this to cook for 3 minutes then add the drained pasta and mix.
Step 4: Leave to simmer on low heat for 5 minutes then add the chopped spring onions and cook for 1 minute then turn off the burner. Serve!
