Cucumber mint lemon juice

For sometime now i’ve been trying to keep up the habit of taking natural healthy drinks which would be beneficial for my overall well being and i must say it has been really great. The result has been tremendously great from the inside and this reflects on the outside. We all known the benefits of mint which includes; relief from nausea and headache, weight loss, remedy to skin problems, memory loss and the most popular use as a breath freshener. Combine that with the benefits of cucumber which includes; It’s skin, hair and nail friendly minerals such as magnesium, potassium, silicon, Weight loss properties, vitamin enriched, toxin flusher e.t.c & finally the benefits of lemon which never gets old such as listed here and you’ve got a healthy refreshing drink. How to make cucumber mint lemon juice
• Prep:  
       5 mins
• Cook time: Nil
• Level:         Easy

Ingredients:::

• 1 cup cucumber, diced

• ½ cup mint leaves, chopped

• 2 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 tbsp honey
• Ice cubes
Directions:::
Step 1: Place the cucumber, mint leaves, lemon juice, honey in a blender. Add just a little water and process.
Step 2: Strain the juice through a sieve and pour the juice into a glass cup. Add the ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves and lemon. Serve chilled.
