This is a simple recipe which needs no fancy ingredients but the end result is so gourmet looking, it could literally pass as a meal made with fancy ingredients. What’s in it? just curry, chicken, pepper, salt and the main flavor booster….curry leaf. So, If you’ve got chicken in the freezer compartment somewhere in your house, you know what to do 😉😉. Step 1: Chop up the chicken into smaller bits and place in a food processor – Grind. Click here to learn more about minced/ground meat
Step 2: Remove the curry leaves from the stem and chop finely. Place the chopped leaves in the food processor, add the chili powder, salt to taste, onion and egg. Process further till everything is well incorporated.
Step 3: Roll into small balls and deep fry in hot cooking oil. And your chicken balls is ready. You could enjoy it alone or add it to other dishes like curry, pasta or stews.
