For this recipe, you’ll need:

1 egg

½ cup breadcrumbs

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried oregano

½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Salt & pepper to taste

2 tbsp olive oil for cooking.”

Step 1: Add your beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, oregano, paprika, chili flakes, parsley, salt, and pepper to a large mixing bowl. Use your hands to mix gently — just until combined. This keeps them light and juicy.”
