How to make Moringa Oleifera “Zogale” tea

Since I learned about the Amazing benefits of Moringa, it has become a part of my diet, especially the tea ( Moringa Oleifera tea) which I make easily in the mornings. I also add fresh Moringa leaves to some of my salads, porridge, and soups. Since I’m not trying to lose weight, I take the tea alongside other meals as a form of supplement & Luckily for me, I get a fresh supply whenever I need it. A friend of mine who has been on the Moringa diet for a long time takes tea or salad alone for weight loss and what I’ve seen so far has been like magic to me because she has indeed lost so much weight.

 Nutritional info:

Researchers recently concluded that a compound in moringa tea inhibits the growth of cancer cells. The secret lies in the fact that it is rich in catechin polyphenols, particularly epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) which is a powerful antioxidant. Besides inhibiting the growth of cancer cells, it kills cancer cells without harming healthy tissues.

It can help in preventing tooth decay due to its bacteria-destroying abilities.
