How to make Nigerian Suya Noodles

Yep! You guessed right………Boring food day for me. I really didn’t feel like making an elaborate meal today so I simply prepared noodles. Noodles is one meal most people cannot do without in Nigeria. This is because it’s really easy and quick to prepare. Even those without kitchen skills are confirmed noodle chefs. Judging from the responses I got when I uploaded this noodle pic as my display picture, I have no other choice than to say noodles is definitely a popular Nigerian meal. My friends actually got inspired to prepare noodles just by looking at the picture….Lmao!!!. Since people tend to eat it a lot, one could get bored and tired of eating the plain version. To make it less boring, I added Beef Suya with few colorful veggies to go with it which made it pop instantly. Also, since i’m trying to cut down on my oil intake and frying which is really common in the preparation of most Nigerian meals, i didn’t add oil to this meal and i also skipped frying the veggies because i wanted it fresh. Happy New month dearies :).
