How to Make Shredded fish stir-fry

Shredded fish stir fry is an easy fish recipe I make. Most times, I use it as a filling for Crepes (Thin Pancakes); other times, I use it as a side dish. Making this dish is pretty easy and any type of fish can be used but I prefer using Smoked Titus fish due to the unique flavor it gives to the meal and also since it’s readily available in the market. The only catch is, you have to make sure you hand pick the tiny bones from the fish – Once done, you are good to go.
