You are welcome anon. i don't think its sold in festac though. i actually buy mine whenever i go to CMS or Badagry.
For Kokpo Garri, you could get it at CMS or Badagry. It's mostly sold wrapped in transparent nylon bags on trays by the hawkers.

some of the kpokpo garri sold in the Market are large and lumpy. You have to break it further by using a dry mill or pounding.

You can get it from suleja. That's where my mum buys from. She blends hers very smooth and use it for eba in place of the regular garri and it's very nice.
