Hi dearies!
How are y’all doing? Hope your week is going on as planned. First and foremost, i’d like to introduce you to a cookbook put together for charity by the students of The University of Leeds with contributions from Myself and Fantastic food bloggers from 8 different countries around the Globe. It also features Ruby Tandoh from “Great British Bake Off”, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall of “River Cottage” and James Ramsden of “The Supper Club”.
More on the Book………………………..
“Giving”, a cookbook bringing inspiring recipes from 8 countries around the world to the student’s kitchen.
It’s full of wholesome, varied and interesting meals, featuring Ruby Tandoh from Great British Bake-Off, Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall of River Cottage and James Ramsden of The Supper Club. We also have over 20 amazing writers, photographers, food bloggers and foodies who have kindly contributed to our project.
This is a cookbook with a difference, which makes a difference! All proceeds are going to Women for Women International, a fantastic charity who provide holistic support to women in post-conflict countries and communities.
The cookbook takes recipes from the 8 countries that WfWI works in – Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Iraq, Afghanistan, Rwanda, DRC, Nigeria and South Sudan, modelled on a student’s varied lifestyle, so the recipes are easy, cheap and interesting!
