Hope the weekend is going great. Can’t believe the second week of the DS Nigerian food time table took this long to be published…Sigh!. Would like to apologize for the late turn up which was due to several distractions. The other time tables wouldn’t take this long, you have my word for it. Without further ado, here are some things to keep in mind.
♥ Some of the meals on the list such as soups could be prepared and stored in the freezer to cut kitchen time short.
♥ Fruits and salads could also be prepared the night before and stored in the refrigerator to make meal prep easier.
♥ The most important meal of the day is breakfast so “Do not” skip grabbing something in the morning even if you’re looking to lose weight.
