Spiced Irish potato recipe

Incorporating Irish potatoes in my diet is a tradition I’ve kept up with for a long period of time. To me, this is a clean getaway from the usual carbohydrate sources like rice and yams. It’s rich in complex carbohydrates , High in dietary fiber and a very good source of vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Manganese, Copper, phosphorus, niacin and minerals such as potassium, magnesium and iron. It’s also a versatile dish which could be eaten with almost anything. I had mine with Tomato egg Sauce, But this was because i ran out of fish to make Smoked fish stir fry. It could also go well with Beef stew or Chicken curry (Veggie chicken gravy)Barbecued fish, the list is endless. Click Here to view the full list of stews and sauces to go with this dish
