Recipe: Veggie Fish sauce
Ingredients:
*Spring onions
*Onions
*Green bell pepper
*Green beans
*Green chilies
*Rosemary
*Smoked fish
*Butter
*Seasoning
Procedure:
-Wash and shred the fish (making sure all the bones have been removed completely)
-chop the green veggies including the onions
-melt the butter in the pan and toss the veggies into the pan to fry
-Add the curry, tyme & seasoning and let it fry for about 5mins before adding the shredded smoked fish
-leave it to fry for another 4mins before removing from the fire to cool
-fill the pancakes with the sauce
-serve
