There are two major types of wara i.e wara milk and wara soya made from milk and soya respectively. The uncooked curd is known a cream cheese which is the major ingredient we’d be using for this. The cooked curd is what is mostly available by the sellers. It has a rubbery texture and is used in making beske, a golden brown snack made from deep fried cheese curd. If you can’t find fresh wara milk around your vicinity, simply use any prepacked cream cheese you can afford.
