Its been raining cats and dogs here and one sure drink i love taking on days like this is Lemonade. Since I’ve got a lemon tree at my backyard, I decided to make a glass of Homemade lemonade and it has become a routine for me since I discovered the health benefits of this natural drink.
To give it a different taste, you could add lime to it and you’d have your favourite lime and lemon drink ‘Limca’ or ‘Sprite’.
In addition to vitamin C, lemons also contain vitamin A, choline, folate, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, and fiber. Lemon juice is acidic with a pH of around 2.3 on the pH scale.

Ingredients:
* 1 Freshly Plucked lemon fruit
* A glass of water
* Sugar/honey
* A glass of water

Procedure:
– Wash the Lemon thoroughly
– Remove the seeds and Squeeze Out the Juice from the lemon
– Add the glass of water
– Sweeten with sugar/Honey
– Refrigerate and serve chilled
