Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized Carrots
  • 2 medium-sized Green bell pepper
  • 400 g sweet corn - Boiled
  • A Bunch Spring Onions 
  • 2 cups Green peas - Boiled
  • A handful Green beans
  • 1 medium sized Onion

Instructions

  • Step 1: Peel the skin of the Carrots and rinse. Dice into smaller bits - Set aside. 
  • Step 2: Remove the seeds from the Green bell pepper, Rinse and dice into smaller bits - Set aside. 
  • Step 3: Remove the onion skin, Rinse and dice into smaller bits - Set aside. 
  • Step 4: Chop the green beans into smaller bits - Set aside. 
  • Step 5: Combine the sweet corn, Green peas, Chopped carrots, Onion, and Green beans together in a bowl and mix. Place portions in a ziplock bag and freeze in the freezer. Use when needed.
