Frequently, I get questions about the standard measurements especially when it comes to baking. i’ve even resorted to using empty saturated milk cups to take most of my measurements since that’s what’s used as the basic measuring standard cup in Nigeria. It’s really difficult writing standard measurements for the general audience especially since the universal cup measurements vary in most parts of the globe including Nigeria, therefore, I’ve decided to create this page so all questions about the conversions would be directed here.
