Today i want to tell you about my In-flight menu experience on  Emirates  economy  during my trip to Lagos from Dubai. So we flew from Dubai to Lagos, on the first flight was operated in the Boeing 777-300er. The  Interior has a large economy class cabin with 3 pairs of comfy seats on the middle isle and 2 pairs of sits by the window. Part of the In-flight economy experience includes your own high quality headphones for their in-flight ICE entertainment program and of course they spoil you with food and snacks 24/7 during the flight .The main thing i looked forward to were the meals. So, lets check out the menu. 

 

The Menu

The food menu consists of regionally inspired meals with complementary wine, beer, spirits and soft drinks. Since the flight was in the afternoon, we were served lunch.Here’s what the menu looks like below. 

The Lunch Platter 

For the main course, we had the option to choose 1 of 2 meals available. I chose the spicy beef stew with steamed basmati rice and seasoned vegetables and beverages.

For the dessert, we had strawberry yogurt mousse topped with strawberry compote and chocolate biscuit crumble. 

For the appetizer, we had sweet potato and bean salad

Light Bites

Before landing, we were served light bites like chicken pastrami and double chocolate cake. 

The snacks also had their very own nutritional information cards which i thought was really amazing.
