Herbed grilled yaji chicken breast

It’s a few days to Christmas and i’ve got lots on my mind. One of the things bugging me at the moment is how i’m going to plan my Christmas menu around other events i have scheduled for this season.
Well, chicken is most definitely going to be part of the menu since it’s a symbolic bird for the season. Personally, it has been a chicken affair for me especially since i’ve been putting up more chicken recipes lately i.e This recipe here where i showed how to roast a whole chicken. Today i’d be be adding a simple twist to one of my favorite chicken recipes focusing on just the chicken breast and making a marinade with herbs and yaji seasoning by matsecooks. I got it recently and i must say i really love it.  Paired with this is fried rice and vegetable salad. Enjoy!
