Some of the ingredients you’ll need are; Chicken, Nutmeg, Paprika, Thyme, Salt, Onion, garlic, ginger

Step 1: Blend the Onion and set aside

Step 2: Place the chicken pieces in a pot. Add the nutmeg,  seasoning, paprika, thyme, salt, onion, garlic, and ginger into the pot. Cover the pot and leave the chicken to cook in its juices for 10 minutes. 

Step 3: Add water to cover the meat in the pot. Cook for about 15-20 minutes till the chicken is well cooked. And your stock is ready.
