Frittata which translates to “fried” is an egg based dish of Italian origin, enriched with other ingredients such as meat, sausages, vegetables, cheese or even pasta. It’s soft, chewy, slightly sweet and o-so-nice! To make this, i’d suggest you use a non-stick pan preferably. This is to enable the frittata come out easily and whole once ready.
