Hello friends! One of my goals is to eat fresh and drink fresh. With the abundance of fresh organic foods in the country available at the snap of the fingers, there’s no better way to do that than by making my meals and drinks from scratch. Take for example this “Micupine” Rush is what happens to be a combination of Mint, Cucumber and Pineapple. Like the name huh! At least, it makes the ingredients easy to remember and It doesn’t get easier than that. Plus There’s a whole lot of benefits to gain from mint, pineapple and cucumber. Without further ado, Here’s how it’s made.
Ingredients
- 1½ cup fresh mint leaves (I used a combo of spear mint & apple mint
- 1 medium sized cucumber
- 1 cup pineapple
- 3 cups water
Instructions
Step 1: Place the mints in a blender. Add the cucumber, pineapple and water, then blend till smooth
Step 2: Pour the blend through a strainer and sieve the juice. You can discard the leftover pulp in the strainer.
Step 3: Chill the juice and enjoy!
