Samosa & Spring roll wrap is a pastry used in making the popular Samosa or spring roll snack which is quite popular at parties, ceremonies,birthdays, meetings e.t.c. There are different ways to make this pastry. The first method as shown HERE involves the use of just three ingredients. It’s quick and easy to make also. The second method which i’m about to show you also involves the use of three ingredients. You can use this pastry for your spring rolls or samosas .

Ingredients
- • 2 cups Wheat flour (all-purpose flour) + Extra for dusting
- • 1 cup Water
- • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
- Other Things You'll Need
- • A Rolling pin
Instructions
Step 1: Place the flour in a bowl or on a flat surface and make a well in the center. Add part of the oil and gently add water, little by little while kneading with your other hand. Knead till you get a smooth pliable dough.
Step 2: Cut the dough into 6 parts and roll into equal circles. Next, you flour the work surface and roll out each of the circle.
Step 3: Place one dough on a floured surface, add oil and spread the oil around the dough then, sprinkle with flour. Place another dough on top of the floured dough and repeat the procedure till the last dough is at the top of the pile.
Step 4: Flour your rolling pin and roll the pilled up dough out then, place on a non stick frying pan and heat up for 3 minutes on each side till the dough on the heat surface looks cooked. Flip the dough on the pan over to the other side and repeat.
Step 5: Once the dough looks cooked, remove from the pan and gently separate all the dough. Using a pizza cutter, cut out the round edges and your pastry wrap is ready.
