Turkey Stew – Easy Turkey Stew recipe

Who’s hungry for turkey stew? It’s easy to forget turkey exists especially with the popularity of chicken but lets take a moment to appreciate this tasty natural work of awesomeness shall we :).

Turkey stew, just like every other basic Nigerian stew with tomato base is as easy as ABC. It’s a tasty stew made with tomatoes and peppers as a base mixed with turkey stock to give it that authentic flavor. For this recipe, i cooked the turkey without frying after cooking. This is because i totally enjoy the moistness of boiled turkey. But you could fry the turkey if you choose to. You could enjoy turkey stew with just about anything from rice, plantain, potatoes, spaghetti, beans, yam…. and just about anything.
