Jackfruit, Cooking Oil (Vegetable / Groundnut/ Soya), Sugar, Flour, Baking Powder.
Other Things You’ll Need:
Parchment Paper / Newspaper
Baking Pans / Tray

Step 1: Blend the jackfruit into a puree. Set this aside
Step 2: In a bowl, add the Oil, Sugar, Jackfruit puree, and Baking powder. Using a whisk, mix till well combined.
Step 3: Line the baking pan with paper cups or parchment paper and scoop spoonsful. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or till a skewer inserted comes out clean.
