I love chicken…like a whole lot. Infact, everyone in my house loves chicken so it’s safe to say it’s the most prepared livestock at home.
But sometimes, preparing chicken the same way everyday could get a little bit boring. All you need is this easy homemade sauce, extra salt if needed and you’re good to go. To add a fresh new twist to how you enjoy chicken, try this awesome recipe and let me know what you think.
How To Make Jolombo Chicken Wings
• Cook Time: 15 minutes
• Total Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:::
• 12 medium sized chicken wings
• 1 cup jolombo sauce
•1 cup flour for coating
• salt to taste
•2 cups cooking oil for frying
Preparation:::
Step 1: The first step is to cut the chicken wings into three parts by slicing through the joints to get the tip, wingette & drumette. The tips can be saved for making chicken stock or discarded. We’d be using the other parts for this recipe.
Step 2: Once you’ve divided the chicken, pour the sauce into a bowl and add the wingette and drumette. You can add extra salt to taste if the salt in the sauce isn’t enough. Mix the chicken in the sauce thoroughly.
Step 3: Dip the sauced chicken in flour and coat completely. Deep fry in pre-heated oil till golden brown.
Step 4: Transfer the oil into a different bowl and place the empty pan back on the burner. Add the sauce and leave to heat up on low heat for 1 minute. Add the fried chicken and mix. And your chicken is ready. Serve!

Done!
Will boil the chicken before frying it.
That's also a great way to make it
Do you mind adding a print option to your recipes so we can print/save? Thanks
