It’s SOPCOCO time!😉… The name is catchy huh? Sour sop is currently in season and i was thinking of how to incorporate this into something so I decided to make this refreshing drink. Now the coconut and condensed milk in this drink is optional. You can use coconut milk or normal dairy milk for this drink. Believe me when i say this creamy rich smoothie would be your new favorite drink once you try it out. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- • 2 Medium sized SourSop Fruit
- • 1 cup Condensed Milk
- • 2 cups Coconut Milk
Instructions
Step 1: Rinse the sour sop severally and slice open from the middle with a sharp knife.
Step 2: Remove the black seeds and place the pulp in a blender.
Step 3: Add condensed milk and coconut milk then blend till smooth. Place in a refrigerator to chill and serve cold.
Enjoy!
