This fruity yoghurt parfait is definitely a perfect way to ring in a fruitful new day. It’s a simple breakfast or dessert which is healthy as well as filling. It starts with a thick layer of creamy yoghurt, layered with homemade granola and topped with fresh fruits. To sweeten, even more, a drizzle of honey or sprinkle of sugar can also be added especially when the yoghurt brand you’re using doesn’t have a lot of sugar in it. Without much ado, let’s make some fruity yoghurt parfait – with strawberry, grape & granola.
