Ever wondered how you could detect rotten eggs without cracking open the eggs? Here is a technique i use when baking especially when I’ve got to use left over eggs from weeks before. This is to avoid cracking open rotten eggs into a batch of good eggs. Works like magic too 😉
Directions:
#Step 1: fill a bowl with cold water
#Step 2: gently add the eggs you are unsure of into the water
#Step 3: Watch for a few minutes, the ones that float are the rotten eggs while the ones that sink are the good eggs.
