Growing up, some of my happiest memories are of excursions during summer lessons on hot sunny afternoons with my classmates. During such outings, we’d visit lots of fun places were we’d get special treats and snacks. There were also several mono-colored drinks to choose from too. One of my favorite things to get was a glass of ice cold orange mocktail alongside the small chops available. In this post, i’d show you how to make a simple two toned alcohol free mocktail drink for non-drinkers out there. Kiddies and preggies would definitely love this.
How to make layered sunny fizz drink
Makes: 1 serving
Misc. : Serve cold
Ingredients:::
• 1/2 cup Orange Juice
• 1/2 cup Lemonade
• Ice Cubes
• Hibiscus “Zobo” syrup / Grenadine syrup
• Lime/lemon or orange slices (Or peels) for garnishing
Direction:::
Step 1: Combine the Orange juice and lemonade together in a jug and mix
Step 2: Place the ice cubes in the Glass and pour the mixed juice into the glass
Step 3: Next, gently add the grenadine syrup or Zobo syrup via the side of the glass. this would settle at the bottom of the glass as shown.
Garnish and serve cold!
