Macaroni and cheese is one meal you could easy get addicted to. I don’t know if my addiction for anything that has to do with cheese is partly to blame for my own addiction but one thing i definitely know is the fact that it’s worth every penny i spend in making it. First of all, this meal wasn’t baked like the usual way macaroni and cheese is usually made so you don’t have to get your baking dish out, which is the last thing I’m in the mood to do whenever i’m hungry. Secondly, adding parsley to macaroni is really not for everyone so it’s better to add it sparingly or substitute with something else i.e curry leaf. Here’s how to make a quick cheesy macaroni meal the fam would enjoy.
How to make cheesy macaroni with parsley
• Prep time: 15 mins
• Cook time: Less than an hour
• Yield: 6 servings
• Misc: Serve Hot
Step 2: Chop the onion into small bits. In a medium sized pot, add the minced meat, chopped onion, crushed seasoning and just enough water to cover the pot. Steam for about 5 mins over medium heat and set aside.
Step 3: Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add macaroni pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Step 4: Cut up the cheese into smaller bits (as small as bean seeds). This step is very important and is done to enable the cheese melt easily once added to the pot. If you’re using sharp cheddar cheese instead, grate it.
Step 5: Combine the steamed minced meat with the meat water inclusive (should be little), cooked macaroni, butter, salt, pepper and cheese. Continue cooking till the cheese melts and the liquid in the pot reduces.
Step 6: Add the chopped parsley and leave to simmer for 3 minutes. Serve hot!

There is already. If you're browsing with a desktop or laptop computer simply click on Recipe index. If you're on mobile, click on "Home" and a dropdown menu would appear. Then, you can select the recipe index.
Thanks Anon.
Thanks Rosebelle
Hi jumygold,
Parsley leaf is different from coriander but they look almost identical. Coriander is probably the easiest to recognize, as its leaf shape is clearly more rounded and usually have leaves a shade of green lighter than most parsleys. So if the shape of the leaves is not pointy, you can be sure that it is coriander.
lol! you're welcome amaka
Thanks Rosebelle
