Frittata which translates to “fried” is an egg based dish of Italian origin, enriched with other ingredients such as meat, sausages, vegetables, cheese or even pasta. It’s soft, chewy, slightly sweet and o-so-nice! To make this, i’d suggest you use a non-stick pan preferably. This is to enable the frittata come out easily and whole once ready. How To Make Plantain Frittata “Nigerian Plantain Fiesta” (Pan Method)

No you don't need to add water to the meat. The ground meat would release moisture which is more than enough to cook it.

The last time I did this, I tried flipping the frittata over, so the other side would get cooked too. I put a flat plate over the pan and turned it buuuuuut it became a mess. So, I just made it scrambled.
Ill try not to flip it next time. Is the top definitely going to get cooked this way ? And my pan isn’t non stick
Sure it will. A non-stick pan would also have prevented the mishap you experienced the first time.
