Believe it or not, this honey-lime glazed prawn is amazing! Honey and lime combined together takes the prawn up a notch to a whole new level especially when the heat touches the glazed prawn and it caramelizes on the body of the prawn. It can’t be understated that prawn cooks really fast and this would be one of the quickest and easiest meals to make as shown below.

• 12 medium sized prawns
• 4 wooden skewers
Step 1: Remove the prawn shell and head – rinse
Step 2: Soak the skewers in cool water for about 10 minutes then skewer 3 prawns on each stick making sure you pass the sharp tip of the skewer through the thick portion of the prawns.
Step 3: Brush skewered prawn with the Honey lime glaze and wrap in a foil or plastic bag. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Step 4: Place the prawn skewers in a pre-heated grill, brushing with the glaze and turning every few minutes until the thick portions of the prawn are orange and firm, about 5-10 minutes.
Step 5: Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
